Scheduled effective date:
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains how Infull Technologies, Inc. (Infull, we, us), handles personal information when you visit infull.io, create an account or use our service (together, the Service).
We play two roles:
- Our own information. For information about our website visitors, account holders and billing contacts, we decide why and how it is used. This policy describes that.
- Your business data. For invoices, balances, contact details and messages that you connect or send through the Service (Customer Data), we act on behalf of the business that uses Infull. That business decides what to do with the data, and our Terms of Service and Data Processing Terms govern our handling of it. If you are a customer's contact who received an email from a business using Infull, see Section 8.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us.
- Account information: your name, work email, company name and password or sign-in method.
- Billing information: our payment processor collects your card details directly. We receive the card brand, last four digits, expiry date, billing address, and tax details if you give them. We never see or store your full card number.
- Settings and preferences you choose in the Service.
- Messages you send to support and any feedback you share.
2.2 Information from QuickBooks, with your authorization. When you connect your QuickBooks Online company, we read company details, your customers' names and business contact details, invoices, balances, due dates and payment records. We do not ask for or store your bank login credentials. Our access tokens are stored encrypted.
2.3 Email content. We process the emails we send on your behalf, the replies your customers send back, and attachments and message details such as sender, recipient and time.
2.4 Information we derive. For example, how a reply is classified, a promised payment date, a summary, and a record of the actions taken.
2.5 Information collected automatically. When you use the website or app we collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, time stamps and log data. We use essential cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in and secure the Service.
2.6 Categories at a glance. Over the last 12 months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (subscription and billing records); professional information (company and role); internet activity (logs and usage); and the business data described in 2.2 and 2.3. We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information. Card data is handled by our payment processor.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, support and improve the Service, including synchronizing invoices, preparing and sending follow-up, interpreting replies and checking balances;
- process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage free trials, including the emails required before and after a trial converts to a paid plan;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- communicate with you about the Service, changes to our terms and policies, and support requests;
- send product news or offers if you opt in, and honor your opt-out;
- comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Infull does not use Customer Data to train its own generative AI models. Third-party provider terms must be verified before launch.
4. Automated processing and AI
Infull uses automated systems, including AI models provided by third parties, to read replies, classify them, draft responses and recommend next steps. We send only the data needed for the task. The final provider list and applicable data-use terms will be disclosed before launch. AI output can be wrong. Replies that the system is not confident about are sent to the account holder for review.
5. How we share information
We share information in these limited ways:
- Service providers (subprocessors). Categories: payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, AI model providers, customer support and error-monitoring tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us. The provider list will be published before commercial launch. Contact hello@infull.io for information.
- Intuit. We exchange data with QuickBooks Online as part of the connection you authorize.
- At your direction. Emails the Service sends are delivered to the recipients you chose, under your name.
- Legal and safety. To comply with law or legal process, protect rights, property or safety, or prevent fraud.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protection.
- De-identified data. Aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
6. How long we keep information
- Account and billing records: while your account is active and afterward for the period needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, currently up to 7 years.
- Customer Data: while your account is active. After service ends we keep it for 30 days so you can export it or reactivate, then delete it. Backups expire within 90 days.
- Logs and security records: for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Information we must keep by law, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements, may be kept longer.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limited to people who need them, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
8.1 Account holders. You can review and correct your account information in the Service, export your data, disconnect QuickBooks, and delete your account. If you cannot do something yourself, email hello@infull.io.
8.2 People whose information is in a business's Customer Data. If you received an email sent through Infull, the business that sent it decides what to do with your information. Please contact that business. If you email us, we will pass your request to the business and help it respond.
8.3 Rights under state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to receive a copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will honor requests from any individual, regardless of state, to the extent the law or our own commitment requires. We may need to verify your identity. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
8.4 Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in them. Service and billing messages will continue.
8.5 Delaware residents. Delaware residents can use the same review and correction process in 8.1 and 8.3. For questions about Delaware law, you may also contact the Delaware Department of Justice.
9. Cookies, Do Not Track and third-party collection
Our website and app use essential cookies for sign-in, security and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Because we do not track visitors across other sites, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control where applicable. Third parties that provide our services do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites for their own purposes.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Where information is processed
We process information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Third-party links
The Service may link to sites we do not control, including Intuit. Their privacy practices are their own.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. We keep prior versions available on request.

Scheduled effective date:
1. Agreement and eligibility
1.1 These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a contract between Infull Technologies, Inc. (Infull, we, us), and the person or entity that creates an account or uses the Service (you or Customer).
1.2 You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box, starting a free trial, or using the Service, whichever happens first. If you accept for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
1.3 The Service is for business use only. You may not use it for personal, family or household purposes, or to collect consumer debts. You must be at least 18 years old.
1.4 These Terms include the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Terms in Schedule A, and any plan or checkout terms shown when you subscribe.
2. The Service
2.1 What Infull does. Infull connects to your QuickBooks Online company, reads your invoices, balances and payments, monitors overdue invoices, prepares and sends follow-up emails on your behalf, interprets your customers' replies, tracks payment promises, and checks balances against QuickBooks (the Service).
2.2 Changes. We may improve or change the Service. If we make a change that materially reduces core functionality for paying customers, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
2.3 Support. Support is by email at hello@infull.io. We do not promise a response time or an uptime commitment.
3. QuickBooks connection
3.1 You authorize Infull to connect to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorization process. You confirm that you have the right to grant that access.
3.2 Read-only use. Infull uses the connection only to read your data. Infull will not create, edit or delete any record in your QuickBooks company. Intuit's authorization screen may describe the permission broadly, because Intuit offers a single accounting permission that covers both reading and writing. This Section limits what we do with that permission.
3.3 You may disconnect Infull at any time from Infull settings or from your Intuit account. After you disconnect, synchronization stops.
3.4 QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Infull is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's own terms.
4. Your account
4.1 Each subscription has one Account Owner and covers one QuickBooks Online company.
4.2 You must give accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly at hello@infull.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Free trial
5.1 Offer. New customers may start a free trial of 30 days. A card is required. You will not be charged during the trial. Your trial starts after your first successful QuickBooks import. Reconnecting does not restart the trial. One trial per customer and per QuickBooks company.
5.2 Trial limits. During the trial you may send up to 300 reminder emails and have up to 90 customer replies read by AI. Emails sent during the trial are real: they go to your customers and count toward these limits.
5.3 Automatic conversion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial converts to the paid monthly plan and we will charge your card the then-current price, plus any capacity packs you selected, on the day the trial ends and monthly after that.
5.4 Consent. By starting the trial you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your card as described in Sections 5 and 6 until you cancel.
5.5 Notices. We will email you when the trial starts, with these terms and a link to cancel. We will email you at least 7 days before the first charge.
5.6 Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the app. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the first charge, Section 6.8 applies.
5.7 Changes and abuse. We may end or limit a trial that is abused, for example by repeated trials, spam complaints or unlawful use.
6. Fees and billing
6.1 Plan. The base plan costs $139 per month and includes 1,000 reminder emails and 300 replies read by AI per month.
6.2 Capacity packs. You may add capacity packs at $39 per pack per month. Each pack adds 1,000 reminder emails and 300 replies read by AI per month. Added packs take effect after successful payment. Reductions take effect at the next billing period. The exact current-period charge is shown before you confirm payment.
6.3 Billing. Fees are billed monthly in advance to your card through our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
6.4 Taxes. Fees do not include sales, use, value-added or similar taxes. You are responsible for them, and we will collect them where required.
6.5 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. If it remains unpaid after 7 days, we may suspend the Service until it is paid.
6.6 Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. The change applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6.7 Billing questions. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us at hello@infull.io before disputing it with your card issuer, so that we can fix it quickly.
6.8 Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
7. Usage limits
7.1 Your plan includes the monthly limits in Section 6. When you reach a limit, sending reminder emails or interpreting replies pauses until the next period starts or you add capacity. Synchronization continues and you can still read every reply.
7.2 Unused capacity does not roll over.
8. Term, cancellation and deletion
8.1 The Terms start when you accept them and continue month to month until you cancel or we end them under Section 16.
8.2 After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period. We then stop synchronization and sending.
8.3 We keep your Customer Data for 30 days after service ends so that you can export it or reactivate. After that we delete it, except for backups that expire within 90 days and records we must keep by law.
9. Your responsibilities
9.1 Your messages. Emails sent through Infull are sent on your behalf and in your name. You are responsible for their content, timing and recipients, and for the accuracy of the invoice information used to prepare them.
9.2 Right to contact. You confirm that you have a legitimate business relationship with each recipient and the right to contact them about invoices that are actually owed to you.
9.3 Compliance. You will comply with laws that apply to your communications, including commercial email laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, and laws about collecting business debts. You will not use the Service to collect consumer debts.
9.4 Disputes and stop requests. You will stop or adjust follow-up where an invoice is disputed, paid, in bankruptcy, or where a recipient asks you to stop.
9.5 Review. You are responsible for reviewing items Infull marks as needing your attention and for the decisions you make based on the Service.
10. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not allow others to:
- send messages that are unlawful, false, misleading, harassing, threatening or abusive;
- contact people you have no business reason to contact, or use purchased or scraped lists;
- use the Service for consumer debts, or for anything other than your own business receivables;
- attempt to access the Service or other customers' data without permission, or probe or disrupt it;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- bypass usage limits, trial limits or security controls;
- upload malware, or send content that infringes others' rights.
11. Automation, AI and email delivery
11.1 Automated processing. Infull uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to read replies, classify them, draft responses and set follow-up. These systems can be wrong. Infull is designed to send uncertain replies to you for review, but it cannot guarantee that every reply is understood correctly.
11.2 Not advice. The Service does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Infull is not a collection agency, does not collect or hold your customers' payments, and does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid.
11.3 Delivery. Email delivery depends on third parties. We do not guarantee that any email will be delivered, opened or answered. You authorize us to send emails in your name from our sending infrastructure with your reply address.
11.4 Verification. Infull checks balances and payment status against QuickBooks. Results are only as accurate as the data in your QuickBooks company.
12. Customer Data
12.1 Definition. Customer Data means the data you provide or that we obtain from your QuickBooks company, including invoices, balances, payment records, your customers' business contact details, and the content of emails and replies.
12.2 Ownership. You own your Customer Data. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit and display it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
12.3 De-identified data. We may create and use aggregated or de-identified usage data that does not identify you or any individual, to operate and improve the Service.
12.4 AI training. We do not use Customer Data to train generative AI models, and we require our AI providers not to train on it.
12.5 Your customers' data. You confirm that you are entitled to share your customers' business contact data with us for the purposes of the Service.
12.6 Data processing. Schedule A applies to our processing of Customer Data that contains personal information.
12.7 Export. You may export your data from the Service while your account is active and during the 30-day period in Section 8.3.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information, will use it only for these Terms, and will disclose it only to people who need it and are bound to protect it, or where the law requires. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully received from someone else.
14. Intellectual property
14.1 Infull and its licensors own the Service, including the software, design and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the Term for your own business.
14.2 If you give us feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.
14.3 Except as stated here, neither party receives rights in the other's intellectual property.
15. Third-party services
The Service works with third parties such as Intuit, our payment processor, hosting, email delivery and AI providers. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or conduct, including changes to Intuit's interfaces that affect the Service.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay, use the Service unlawfully, or create risk for us, other customers or email recipients, for example through spam complaints or a damaged sending reputation. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
16.2 You may end these Terms at any time by cancelling.
16.3 Sections that by their nature should continue (including 9, 12, 13, 14, 17 to 20 and 22) continue after the Terms end.
17. Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INVOICE WILL BE COLLECTED.
18. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Infull and its officers, directors and employees against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable legal fees, arising from your Customer Data, from messages sent at your direction, from your breach of these Terms or from your violation of law. We will tell you promptly about any claim, let you control the defense, and reasonably cooperate at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that binds us without our written consent.
19. Limitation of liability
19.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, DELAYED OR UNCOLLECTED RECEIVABLES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
19.2 EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO INFULL IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $500 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
19.3 These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to your indemnity under Section 18, to fraud or willful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this Section may not apply to you.
20. Governing law and disputes
20.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
20.2 Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, each party will send the other a written notice describing the dispute and will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.
20.3 Venue. Subject to 20.4, the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to them.
20.4 Equitable relief. Either party may seek an injunction or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
20.5 Jury waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN A DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS.
20.6 Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory rights that apply to you under the laws of your state.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the update. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date. We keep prior versions and record the version you accepted.
22. Notices and electronic communications
22.1 We will send notices to your account email or show them in the app. You will send notices to hello@infull.io.
22.2 You agree that we may provide notices, billing messages and these Terms electronically, and that electronic acceptance and communications have the same effect as paper under applicable law, including the E-SIGN Act.
23. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement about the Service and replace earlier discussions. If a document conflicts with these Terms, Schedule A controls for personal data and these Terms control otherwise.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
- Independent parties. The parties are independent contractors. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
- Export and sanctions. You will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls or sanctions.

Schedule A. Data Processing Terms
These terms apply to the extent Infull processes personal information contained in Customer Data on your behalf.
A1. Roles. You are the controller (or "business") and Infull is your processor (or "service provider") for this personal information.
A2. Scope. Infull processes it to synchronize, analyze, prepare and send invoice follow-up, interpret replies and provide support, for the duration of the Terms. The data consists of business contact details (names, work emails, phone numbers where present), invoice and payment data, and the content of related messages. The people concerned are your customers' contacts and your own users.
A3. Instructions. Infull processes this data only on your documented instructions, which are these Terms and your use of the Service, and as needed to comply with law. Infull will not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, will not retain, use or disclose it outside the direct business relationship or for any purpose other than the one in A2, and will not combine it with other data except as these Terms allow. Infull confirms that it understands and will follow these restrictions.
A4. Confidentiality. People who process the data are bound by confidentiality duties.
A5. Security. Infull uses appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging.
A6. Subprocessors. You authorize Infull to use subprocessors disclosed in the provider list before launch. Infull will bind them to equivalent terms, remain responsible for them, and give you at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds, and if the objection cannot be resolved you may cancel.
A7. Assistance. Taking into account the nature of the processing, Infull will reasonably help you respond to individuals' requests and meet your own legal duties about this data.
A8. Incidents. Infull will notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours where practical, after confirming a security incident affecting your data, with the information it then has.
A9. Deletion and return. At the end of the Terms, Infull will delete or return the data as described in Section 8.3.
A10. Audits. On request, Infull will provide information reasonably necessary to show compliance with these terms.
A11. Location. The data is processed in the United States.
